During server upgrades or downgrades, it's worth noting that PayPal may not automatically adjust your subscription amount. This could potentially result in temporary loss of access to your server. To avoid any interruptions, we suggest manually updating your server's subscription when making changes.
1) If you have an existing Connect Hosting PayPal subscription for your service, you can follow our guide to cancel it.
2) Pay any outstanding invoices for your service.
3) When your service is due to renew, open the invoice in your Client Area.
4) On the invoice page, click on the PayPal - Subscribe button.
5) Log in to the PayPal account you wish to use and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the payment and create a new subscription.
